Everything on this site is written by a small team, and the address below reaches them directly rather than a ticket queue.
How to reach us
There is no contact form here on purpose: a form would mean storing what you send on a server, and the privacy policy commits to not doing that. Email is simpler and you keep a copy.
We read everything. We reply to corrections and to anything we can actually act on, usually within a couple of days.
Reporting an error
The most useful thing you can send us is a wrong rank. If a number on the answer page or an archive page does not match what your board showed, include:
- the puzzle number, or the page URL
- the word and the rank we published
- the rank your board actually showed
We check it against the day’s data file and correct the page. Corrections are made on the page itself, and if the change is material we note it there rather than editing silently.
Also worth reporting:
- A hint that gives too much away. Hints are meant to narrow the field, not name the answer. If hint one solved it for you, that hint was written badly and we want to know.
- A factual error in the guides. The how-to-play guide, tips and strategy pages make specific claims about how the ranking behaves. If one of them is wrong, tell us which claim.
- A broken page or a bad link. Include the URL you were on.
What we cannot help with
- Your streak. Streaks are stored in your own browser by the game, not by us, and we have no way to see or restore them. If they have vanished, your browser cleared its local storage.
- Account or payment issues with the mobile apps. Those are the game’s, and we are not affiliated with it — its own support channel is the right route.
- Requests to remove the answer pages. They are published after the puzzle is live, and every answer is kept behind a spoiler blur precisely so that arriving here by accident does not ruin your round.
For anything else — press, partnerships, or a question about how a page was put together — the same address works. If you want the puzzle instead, today’s word is still hidden.
